I try to read it every day — it’s well written, easily digestible, and there is always something interesting I take away. Today, he posted this deck about the Wealthfront employee equity plan and I suggest anyone running a startup (or thinking about running a startup) flip through it.

Feels like Wealthfront may be trying a little too hard to position this deck as their “Netflix Freedom & Responsibility” presentation, but there is some good stuff in there.
